Peace without abandoning ambition
Ambition is not the enemy of peace. Survival mode is. Restored leadership integrates both.

Meet Brittany
I'm an executive operator, healthcare leader, and strategic advisor, and the founder of RAW™, a restoration-centered practice for women rebuilding after survival mode.
My work sits at the intersection of operational complexity and emotional sustainability. I've spent years leading inside healthcare and organizational operations while building entrepreneurially, navigating marriage and motherhood, and doing the quiet, personal work of restoration.
I speak, teach, and advise, but the work I'm most committed to is the ecosystem of RAW: the experiences, the gatherings, and the language that help women move from survival patterns toward restored leadership.
My hope is that RAW outlives the moment, the platform, and me, and becomes a language women can return to whenever they need to lead from wholeness again.
The kind of load that looks like success from the outside, and is exactly the weight RAW was built to set down.
Why RAW Was Created
RAW wasn’t born from a business plan. It was born from a season of asking deeper questions about purpose, peace, and the life I wanted to create. On paper, I had built a successful career. But I realized success alone wasn’t the life I truly wanted. I wanted a life where my work reflected my values, my faith, my family, and the freedom to choose how I spent my time. What began as a personal journey of Restoration, Alignment, and Wholeness became a framework that other women began to recognize in their own lives.
This is the language I wish I had when I started building my career.
Over time, I realized women weren’t just looking for encouragement - they were looking for a roadmap. We needed a way to build sustainable businesses, create repeatable revenue, establish healthy rhythms, and design lives that no longer required constant recovery.
Dreams need infrastructure.
That’s why I created RAW. Today, RAW is a community where women come to restore what matters, align their lives with their purpose, and build businesses that create the freedom to live the lives they were created for.
The Center of the Work
RAW is the language
of that rebuild.
The Philosophy
Restored leadership is not a louder version of high performance. It is a sustainable, more integrated way of carrying work.
Peace without abandoning ambition
Ambition is not the enemy of peace. Survival mode is. Restored leadership integrates both.
Leadership without self-destruction
High capacity is not a license to deplete. Sustainable leadership requires restoration as a discipline.
Emotional sustainability
Emotional labor is real work. Naming it, metabolizing it, and protecting it changes how women lead.
Restoration-centered leadership
Restoration is not retreat. It is the foundation of every meaningful leadership decision that follows.
Beyond RAW™
My work extends into healthcare, advisory, and family-centered platforms, each shaped by the same questions about sustainability and human capacity.
