Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, digital products, downloads, communications, and services (collectively, the "Service") offered by Bridgetrust Partners ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the trading name RAW™ by Brittany Leach. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and, if you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
The Service includes the 21-Day RAW™ Experience, The Last 90 Days™ companion journal, the RAW™ Framework, the RAW Collective, written reflections, downloads, and related materials. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to support reflection, restoration, and intentional rebuilding. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful or fraudulent way;
- Send unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious content;
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Bridgetrust Partners or any third party;
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping content;
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense purchased materials, or circumvent technical limitations on access.
4. Intellectual property
All content, materials, branding, written reflections, and software comprising the Service are owned by Bridgetrust Partners or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own reflection and growth. No other rights are granted.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our specific refund window is described in our Refund Policy.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgetrust Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your license to use the materials ends, though provisions that by their nature survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law gives consumers the right to bring claims in their local courts.
