This Privacy Notice explains how Bridgetrust Partners ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, sign up for our newsletter, purchase the 21-Day RAW™ Experience, or otherwise interact with our products and services (collectively, the "Service"). Bridgetrust Partners is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

- Contact details — name and email address you provide when requesting the free preview, registering for events, contacting us, or making a purchase.
- Account & order information — order history, downloaded resources, and communications related to your purchase.
- Messages you send us — the content of inquiries, reflections, or support messages submitted through forms or email.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and similar telemetry, collected automatically through cookies and analytics.
Payment card details are collected directly by our payment provider, Paddle, and are not stored on our systems.
How we use your information
- To deliver the products, downloads, and communications you request.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send transactional messages (purchase confirmations, downloads, event details) and — if you opt in — newsletters and updates.
- To prevent fraud, secure the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver what you purchased), your consent (for marketing emails), our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Service), and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share your information
We share personal information only with:
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, handles billing and tax, manages refunds, and issues invoices. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance professionals where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email brittany@bridgetrustpartners.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable third-party processors — to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use essential cookies necessary for the Service to function and limited analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
