Refund Policy

We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. If the 21-Day RAW™ Experience or any other RAW™ product is not what you hoped for, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with; or
  2. Email us at brittany@bridgetrustpartners.com with your order details and we will help you initiate the refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the refund window

Requests made after 14 days may still be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please reach out — we read every message.
